Hi Minnat Chaudhury, I am a landlord and Anistenhomes manage my property. I wish to say how wonderful the agency is and about the fantastic help I got from Anita Jethva the other day. She was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to help me get information on my boiler. I didn't even have to ask her for the help as she kindly volunteered to get the information for me herself - she was so efficient and professional and I cannot praise her enough. I would also like to mention Nusrat, Poonam and Zakiyah too. They are also extremely professional, courteous, helpful and go out of their way to help too. The whole team make me feel incredibly valued as a landlord and I am reassured that my property is in good hands. I have never come across such professionalism, efficiency and politeness in an agency before (and I have used many agents) and would recommend them highly.
